About Youth theatre
When: Saturday, January 19th, 2019
Where: Northglenn High School
601 West 100th Place
Northglenn, CO 80260-6003
The Theatre Lobby is located on 100th place between Melody Drive and Huron, by the flag pole and Administrator parking.
Time: Please check in between 8:00-8:30. The performances begin at 3 pm and will be over around 4 pm.
What: Youth Theatre is a drama workshop for grades 3-8. Your student will participate in a variety of theatre activities ranging from musical theatre, voice and movement, improvisation, technical theatre, and drama games. At the end of the day, the workshop participants will perform several, short "Created Projects" for their classmates and their parents.
Lunch is included in the registration fee, but if you would prefer to send your child with a sack lunch, then feel free to do so.
Your student will be taught and supervised throughout the day by the members of the NGHS Drama Club, as well as our drama teacher and technical director. At 3:00 p.m. you are cordially invited to attend the performances in the auditorium. Both students and parents are asked to remain until all the performances are completed. (Don’t worry, you’ll want to stay, they’re really fun!)
